Description: This event will feature live exotic and local insects, videos of monarchs and bees, a honeybee observation hive and 4,000 continuously blooming butterfly and hummingbird plants that visitors may purchase for their gardens and as Mother's Day gifts. Monarch Watch also has large Lantana and Pentas, as well as "spicebushes" that serve as host plants for the spicebush swallowtail butterfly, available for larger contributions. There will be activities for children.
