Topeka author talks about writing process
49 News Anchor Jessica Lovell visits with Jerry Engler, Topeka resident and author of "Just Folks: Earthy Tales of the Prairie Heartland," about his upcoming book signings and the writing process. He says his family is an incredible source of support. Engler, like many other authors, draws his inspiration from real-life events.
Book signing
Jerry Engler, author of "Just Folks," will hold a book signings at the following times and locations:
- 2 p.m. Thursday at the Abilene Public Library
- 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at Hastings Books and Gifts in Topeka
- 9 a.m. Saturday at the Junction City Public Library
- 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Hastings Books and Gifts in Manhattan.
