Milwaukee restaurant lays claims to world's longest French fry
Guinness may have to make room in the record books.
A restaurant in suburban Milwaukee is laying claim to the world's longest French fry.
It measures in at 9.5 inches.
The fry was cooked up on Sunday night at Bobu's Steak House in West Allis.
Owner Bob Radke says it emerged from a new bag of fries, but wasn't shown to the customers.
Radke says the restaurant's research shows it's the world's longest fry.
He says he's renamed it the Patriot Fry and will keep it in a freezer until he decides what to do with it.
