Cloud County, Kan. A grand jury investigated misuse of funds at Cloud County Community College said there is not enough evidence to indict the former president.
On Wednesday, the Cloud County grand jury released a written statement that called former President George Knox's spending "frivolous."
The grand jury said Knox's purchases included personal items that the trustees approved "with little to no questions asked."
Knox resigned in May of 2005 to become president of Labette County Community College.
