The mystery behind the owner of a $15 million winning lottery ticket sold in NE Kansas has come to an end.
Kansas' newest multimillionaire claimed the ticket at Lottery headquarters Monday. The winner, who requested to remain anonymous, will receive a check for more than $5 million dollars. The government worker says they purchased the ticket at the Dillons at 21st and Belle.
