A Topeka man is suspected of having an improper relationship with a 14 year old girl.
Police arrested 38 year old Orlando Paul Cisneros on Tuesday. He is charged with six counts of indecent liberties with a child, five counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and six counts of sodomy. Police have searched his home near 16th and Southwest Shunga Drive, and are still investigating.
