Chicago, IL Kenyan runner Robert Cheruiyot won the Chicago Marathon Saturday, but not without enduring a major slip-up at the finish line...
Cheruiyot took a nasty spill, but fortunately he would return to his feet, he was taken to a Chicago hospital for a precautionary exam, but appears to be fine. Cheruiyot, who is also the winner of this year's Boston Marathon, finished the race in 2:07:35.
