Here's a look at what your elected officials are working on in the Kansas Statehouse.
A Senate Committee is working on a statewide smoking ban for nearly all public places, including restaurants and bars.
Plus, State Representative Joe Patton is presenting a new version of the "Funeral Picketing Act." The bill would limit when and where picketers could protest funerals and memorial services.
And violent video games could soon be off-limits for minors. Proposed legislation would restrict the sale of games rated M, for "Mature," or A-O, for "Adults Only".
