Robin Seitz, a barista at P-T's Coffee took home the gold during a regional barista competition.
Going up against 20 other coffee brewin' experts, Seitz wowed the judges with his personal invention, the Balance.
He says while whipping up the java is fun, it actually takes a lot of practice.
"It's just a lot of time and dedication to the craft and it's a big honor because this is one of the true art forms in the culinary world that people may not appreciate," barista champ Seitz said.
This is the fourth time a P-T employee has trumped their competition. Seitz will move on to compete in the national championship later this year.
