In Florida, a Tallahassee sculptor has been working on a very special project; a memorial for two men killed in action in Afghanistan.
This weekend, the family of navy seal Matthew Axelson got to see it for the very first time.
"I held his hand a lot as he was growing up and even as an adult, so, it's just natural to touch him and it is a very emotional experience."
The slightly larger-than-life sculpture is about to be cast in bronze.
It should be ready in time for Veteran's Day. Where it will be placed in a park in Matt's hometown of Cupertino, California.
A park where he used to play as a child.
