Community outrage after a Shawnee County judge lets a convicted child rapist walk free has caught the attention of the O'Reilly Factor.
Monday night, Fox News host Bill O'Reilly interviewed the father of that 14-year-old rape victim.
And Fox News tried to pin-down Judge Matthew Dowd.
During the sentencing, Judge Matthew Dowd stated, "I do believe that the defendant's intent was less serious than it would otherwise be, because of the circumstances that he was in..." The judge then gave Cisneros just three years probation.

Dowd is mentally and morally unfit to serve as a judge, his reasoning is flawed in departing from sentencing guidelines, his unjustified leniency toward dangerous perverts is leaving your children unprotected. Get him off the bench quickly, before he turns more violent rapists loose on your community. The Kansas House can impeach Dowd in January, if there is no sooner remedy. If he is left to fill in as senior judge after he retires in 2008, Dowd will continue ruining your criminal justice system.
Stop Dowd.
