Inmates from the Lansing Correctional Facility made a special delivery to local kids Wednesday.
The Topeka Head Start Program received nearly 500 pumpkins, just in time for a little Halloween fun.
The pumpkins are some of the produce raised by inmates as part of Lansing's farm program.
This year's crop is about 1,000 pumpkins short from last year's harvest.
Inmates also grew watermelons, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and cantaloupe.
