We have so many choices in the grocery store as far as crackers, snacks, and sweet treats. Charlene Patton with the Kansas Soybean Commission reminds people that what we put in our mouths has an impact on our bodies. Here are some healthy seasonable recipes that can get the kids involved.
These recipes contain soy, which helps prevent heart disease. The FDA has recommended 25 grams of soy every day. Patton says 80 percent of items sold in the grocery store has soy in it.
