Topeka Drivers came from all over the country in search of that oh-so-coveted checkered flag at the Topeka Midget Monza race this weekend.
“We kind of struggled at the Grands a little bit and we needed some boosts for this year,” said Light 160 winner Nick Barstad.
Drivers Dillon Boggess and Jake Wright also received boosts on Sunday.
“Felt pretty good that I got that last pass in to win it,” said Senior Honda Winner Boggess.
“Your heart just rises up and it just feels excellent,” said Senior Stock Winner Wright.
There’s just one Monza left in the 2007 season; the Columbus Day Monza in San Antonio, Texas.
