Teacher, accused of having sex with student, resigns a second time

The Manhattan teacher accused of having sex with a student has resigned.

Katherine Harder submitted her resignation for the second time today.

Police found the 31 year-old with a student last month at Tuttle Creek State Park.

She resigned once after her arrest, but then asked for her job back.

The Manhattan-Ogden School board then threatened to fire her.
