Texans get fill of goodwill during church-sponsored fuel promotion

Cedar Park, Texas Drivers got a break, at least for a day in Cedar Park, Texas.
An area church worked with an Exxon dealer and rolled back gas prices to $2.49 per gallon Sunday.
It's all part of what the High Point Church called a "Faith in Action Weekend."
The pastor says the congregation decided to help out their community by buying down the price of gas at the local gas station.
There were no catches, just cheap gas. Church members say the effort helps make them aware that there are little things they can do to improve the community and the world.
