KU football to hold open practices on next two Fridays

Kansas football will hold open practices for the public on each of the next two Fridays. The first open workout will take place on August 8 and the second session on August 15. Both practices are scheduled to take place at Kivisto Field at Memorial Stadium and will start at 9 a.m.

The gates at the southeast corner of the stadium will be open and fans are asked to sit in the east stands during the practices.

A Fan Appreciation night will take place on Wednesday, August 20. Details will be made available at a later date.
