A federal judge today sided with a Catholic school over its English-only policy.
The ruling came down in Wichita today.
That's where three Hispanic families brought a lawsuit against the Diocese of Wichita.
They claimed the policy discriminated against students and caused a hostile educational environment.
The judge says the policy itself did not violate any law, but said the school's failure to recognize its impact on the Hispanic students was troubling.
