Fort Hays State ponders the future of one educator

Fort Hays provost Larry Gould says the university is considering several options, including firing Professor William Shanahan.

The Fort Hays State Professor caught on tape mooning and screaming may be out of a job.

Tuesday we showed you a posting from the internet site YouTube.

It shows Professor William Shanahan at a debate competition last march.

Fort Hays provost Larry Gould says the university is considering several options, including firing him.

Shanahan has taught at Fort Hays State since 1999.

The screaming match started over race at a debate event in Wichita.

I am truly appalled by what I have watched. That is not teaching, that is losing control and acting a whole lot younger that the students there. It is time for him to grow up.
