KSU investigates sexual battery

The Kansas State University Police is investigating a report of a sexual battery, which occurred at the Chester Peters Rec Complex.
According to the initial report a woman was jogging in the indoor track when she kissed by a subject unknown to her.
The case is currently under investigation.
