Nothing says Fiesta like competitive eating

The 75th Annual Fiesta Mexicana got underway tonight and it wouldn't be opening night without a spicy challenge.
At the sound of the horn, they were off.
Four rounds of contestants vied for the Jalepeno Eating title.
Each had to eat one jalepeno in 60 seconds then let it settle for a minute.
After that it was 69 seconds to eat as many as possible.
A few tears were shed, but there was no crying over spilled milk. This year, there was no milk or bread to wash the spicy guys down.
In the end, Jose Bernardo ate 21 peppers and won $500.
