Plan ahead.
Before heading to work each day, try doing a little planning.
I work 2.5 miles from home, but the gym is right next door to work.
By planning ahead, I can bring my work clothes and shower at the gym.
That saves me 5 miles a day, or $5 per work week, or $25 dollars a month.
