Elizabeth Hinton started volunteering when she was 14. Both of her parents volunteered their time, so growing up, it was just something she did.
A student at Washburn, Elizabeth is a volunteer at the Shawnee County Medical Society's Health Access Program. She is instrumental in helping folks get free or reduced-cost drugs.
Find out why her supervisor nominated her for the volunteer award in Ben's report above.
