Things are looking good in Central Park.
Mural artist David Lowenstein began prepping walls for a mural painting.
The artwork will depict the past and present of the Chesney Park Neighborhood and the city of Topeka.
The Great Mural Wall is a community project of Chesney and Central neighborhoods.
Neighbors are coming together to help create the great work of art.
"You know, I'm trying to reach all peoples," artist Dean James said. "You know it's not a race thing, or a gender thing. This is an us thing."
