The brother of the man accused of killing a Topeka teen will testify against him.
Shawnee County District Attorney Robert Hecht says Anthony Hall will testify against his brother.
Christopher Hall is charged with killing Nacole Winter.
The 15 year-old's body was found burned near the Lake Shawnee Golf Course in 2006.
Hall is charged with first degree murder, desecration of a body and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Anthony Hall himself is a convicted felon.
Will Anthony's Hall's testimony be credible in his brother's trial?
"When a jury looks at the whole picture and they see that there are two empty spots in the crossword puzzle and they take this witness's testimony and it fits those two spots perfectly and you have the full picture, then issues of credibility kind of evaporate," Shawnee County District Attorney Robert Hecht said.
Christopher Hall is due back in court on June 19th.
