Topeka is lighting up for the holidays.
The second annual Westboro Plaza Glow was held tonight.
Christmas lights adorn the city's first shopping center to get everyone in the holiday mood.
A 2-year-old from the Capper Foundation helped flip the switch.
The event planner says she hopes it will become a Topeka tradition.
"It really is all about kind of bringing something really, really neat and different into Topeka, that we constantly talk about what we don't have, but this is what we do have," event planner Tara Dimick said.
The lights will stay on through the holidays.
