What a Waste of Taxpayer Money. Creating new positions in this time of crisis in America is unethical. The homeland security position was already in good hands. And to fill the KDEM position with Underqualified personel is a travesty. A shining example of out of touch Govt excess. Not to mention the Good old boy network hard at work!
