College Hill Development welcomes first retail tenant

The College Hill Development has its first retail tenant.

A new sub shop will be the first to move in.

Submarina California Subs should move in within the next two months.

This comes after the project got the okay from the city to build an additional parking lot for retail parking.

It will get nearly $400,000.
