This is a deadly time for teen drivers in Topeka.
According to a study done by Allstate, 18.6 percent of all deadly teen car accidents happened in September and October.
March is the third deadliest month with 11.6 percent of teen car crashes.
To help teens stay safe, parents are asked to monitor their child's driving habits and talk to them about smart driving.
