The Capital City Figure Skating Association of Topeka has announced they are funding three needs-based scholarships for their learn-to-skate program.
The Association has been instrumental in helping secure support for Topeka Ice, a new ice rink scheduled to open by the summer of this year.
Scholarships will be given to mid to low income families.
