Philicia McKee with Keep America Beautiful was named the Champion of Character for her initiatives to clean up our city.
At the safe streets meeting the coalition recognized Philicia for her contributions to cleaning up graffiti all around Topeka. Philicia said it would not be possible without the help of other volunteers.
