It's day one of the "Battle for Blood" between local law enforcement agencies at te Community Blood Center in Topeka.
Area fire and police departments, Highway Patrol, and the sheriff's office are competing to see who can donate the most blood- and they're asking for your help.
The blood drive runs all week through Saturday.
Donors will get a t-shirt, and a chance to vote for their favorite "hero behind the badge."
