Two water main breaks near Stormont Vail Hospital have shut down water in a two block area.
The city says the hospital has not been affected, but Cotton-O'Neil has no water.
Patients are being instructed to still show up for their appointments unless notified by Cotton-O'Neil.
The Shawnee County Health Agency also has no water, and will remain closed for the remainder of the day.
Residents from 8th to 10th and Mulvane to Garfield are also without water Thursday morning.
The road at 9th and Garfield will be closed down until July 13 for pavement repairs, after fixing the main break.
