Students get introduced to the didgeridoo
An unusual sound could be heard throughout the halls of one school Tuesday afternoon.
Harper, a musician from Australia, demonstrated how to play the instrument, as well as how it's used in blues music and Australian Aboriginal culture.
Harper tours in a band and says he plays the didgeridoo for schools when he passes through towns on his tour.
"To me, it's actually what I should do, give back what you've learned yourself," said Harper. "Any little thing, because if you remember when you were in school, any little thing will send you into some area that you never saw before and it can change your whole life."
Harper also demonstrated the didgeridoo for students at French Middle School.
