ROTC cadets at Topeka High loaded a truck with food for Let's Help.
This is an annual food drive for the ROTC members.
The food was donated by Hy-Vee and Wal-Mart.
ROTC members hauled the food from the stores to the school.
Then Tuesday, they boxed it up and helped load it onto a truck for Let's Help.
"We collected over 7,000 cans and over roughly a one-thousand dollars to spend on cans," said Corporal Savanna Jenkins, a Topeka High junior.
Corporal Jenkins says this year's food drive is the largest they've ever done.
