A Topeka business is helping families across the state this holiday season.
Thanksgiving meals are headed out to 250 families in Kansas thanks to the employees at Capitol Federal.

Thanksgiving meals are headed out to 250 families in Kansas thanks to the employees at Capitol Federal.
The employees provided the money to purchase the meals and helped load them up Wednesday morning.
"It's really touching because some of them without this meal they wouldn't actually get to enjoy a holiday meal with their families at their homes," said employee Tina Anderson. "They're very gracious and very happy to receive those meals."

Hy-Vee helped prepare the turkey dinners, complete with potatoes, vegetables stuffing and dessert.
