Emporia Police have found a missing elderly male with Alzheimer's.
Eighty-year-old John Smith had been missing since 1:30 p.m. Friday.
He was located by Emporia Police and the Kansas Search and Rescue Dog Association around 5:15 a.m. Saturday.
They found the man in a wooded area near South Lawrence and Rindom Road.
He was said to be conscious and cold when found.
He then went on to Newman Hospital where he was treated for exposure.
