A woman who pled no contest to sex charges with a child will serve probation.
Jennifer Dawn Liskey worked as a para-professional at Robinson Middle School where the male victim was a student.
The Shawnee County D.A. says he's disappointed and is appealing the judge's sentence.
Liskey pled no contest to two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and one count of criminal sodomy with a child.
