49 Storm Team Forecast: Snow winding down Monday

Light snow will slowly come to an end for most of Northeast Kansas, but bitter cold follows.

Light snow will be wrapping up by midday Monday as a cold front pushes across Northeast Kansas. This will allow temperatures to drop throughout the day. Cloud cover will continue with temperatures hovering in the lower 20s by the afternoon.

Winds will become blustery into tonight as lows bottom out in the lower teens. With gusts reaching 30 mph, wind chills will range from -5° to 5°. Make sure you bundle up as you head out tonight.

Clouds will start to break up late Tuesday allowing for more sunshine to arrive by the middle of the week. Temperatures will remain below normal.
