Riley County Police will not file any criminal charges against the suspicious man accused of trying to lure children into his van.
The incident was reported Friday morning. Manhattan students said a man in a dark blue van approached them at the bus stop, asking them to get in his van. The children refused and reported the incident to their school bus driver. Later that day, the suspect was found and taken in for questioning.
RCPD say the man has not done anything criminally wrong. They are still investigating if this is the same man who was trying to coax kids into his van in November.
