Topeka firefighters responded to a house fire Friday afternoon just west of downtown Topeka.
Firefighters say four or six people were in the house when the fire started, but they got out safely.
The fire happened just after 2 p.m. at the intersection of Huntoon St. and Polk St.
Firefighters say the fire started in the chimney.
They have not released how much money it will cost to repair the home.
