As foreclosures hit the nation hard, the trend is hitting close to home here in the Capital City. Chapman will be allowed to rebuild with basements after all. In weather Wednesday, mostly cloudy with a few scattered storms and another chance of storms by Wednesday night into early Thursday. No matter who you vote for, politicians encourage everyone to vote, including the homeless. See how Dave DeCandis does in this week's 49 Sports Challenge.
