The Topeka Community Roundtable discussed mental health this week. Karla Biber and Ann Parrott-Anderson from the HOPE Connection at Valeo were the keynote speakers. Listen in as the roundtable discusses different levels of mental illness and the issue of homelessness. These two women travel around Topeka meeting homeless people. Learn why they say, for some people, homelessness is a preferred way of life.
