Jessica Drew
Reporter

Jessica Drew is the weekend anchor and community reporter for 49 News. One of Jessica’s passions is people. She loves meeting new people and hearing about the issues in neighborhoods around the city. Some of Jessica’s favorite stories are when she feels like she can help a community by using her means through the media. She’s involved with Safe Streets trying to make Topeka the safest capital city. Jessica is passionate about what she does, and wants to hear about what’s important in your community or neighborhood.
When Jessica’s not at work, she loves to be outdoors. Whether it’s running, cooking, or riding 4 wheelers, Jessica enjoys staying active. She adopted a dog, Grace, from Helping Hands when she first came to Topeka. Jessica couldn’t ask for a better dog than Grace. So if you see her and Grace at the Bark Park, stop by and say hey. Don’t forget you can always email her with story ideas or events in your area!
