This individual has plenty of help, there is alot of people that live at this residence. The owner is a business owner in town that just transports his trash to the business whenever there is a complaint. "health problems" is simply a bogus excuse, when he is put on the spot.

There are houses that the owners are able to be found and nothing gets done for years anyway. I find the Topeka code inspectors in my area as well as their supervisors to be quit obtuse. We have one house in our neighborhood that has been a mess for years, in clear violation of city ordinance, many complaints are filed and nothing is ever done.
