After a very cold start to the day, temperatures will only warm into the middle to upper 20s, with a breezy northwest wind at 15 to 25 mph, making temperatures feel much colder throughout the day. Periods of mostly cloudy skies will be possible due to passing clouds. A few flurries will also be possible. Expect partly cloudy skies tonight, with lows in the upper single digits to lower teens. Highs will warm into the middle to upper 20s, under mostly sunny skies for Wednesday. Middle 30s and a few more clouds return by Thursday.
